brown leather timberland boots How to Get The Best Deals on Shoes
I have written a short article to highlight how easy it really is, to get a great pair of shoes, well bellow the RRP!
The online shopping industry has massively increased in size during the past 10 years, and will continue to grow for the foreseeable future.
For us, the consumer, this is a great opportunity. With so many high street shops online, and internet only businesses, we are able to search the globe in seconds, and get the right shoes, at the right price!
Firstly, I would like to touch upon how this is possible. The reason that most websites are able to offer goods cheaper than in store, is because online, the process is almost completely automated. You can browse the online shop at your leisure, or go straight to buy the footwear your after.
When you click the checkout button and pay for the item, the process is complete, your shoes are ordered, and the only cost incurred to the shop, was the time it took for someone to package and send it (except website maintenance fees, ofcourse). That it, no electrical bills, no monthly rent (again, except maintenance fees), no staff to pay,
and no loss from theft. All these costs are usually incorporated within the price of the item, so if they don exist, the price is lower.
Here are 2 ways you can use the internet, to get great deals on shoes.
Method 1. Google shopping.
Browse to your “best online shoe shop” or any shoe store found on Google. Look through the various ranges, and make your choice. If you don see anything that catches your eye, simply repeat the step and view a different shoe shop.
When you come across something you like, take a note of the; price, make and product code/name. Now go to Google, and type in the make, product code/name and any variables (ie. colour). Google will then search the internet and display all the pages which has content that relates to the shoes you searched for. The first result will probably be the actual brand website, you want to miss this one, and continue down the list. Look at each result in turn, assessing the price, and if it was the one you wanted, and take note of where the lowest prices are. You may need to go a few pages into the results that Google provides, but after spending a little “research” time looking at the different online shoes shops, you will be able to make a better decision as to where the cheapest shoes are.
Method 2. Internet only businesses.
As I have mentioned previously, the less costs involved in running a shop, the cheaper the product is. Where a high street shop having items online is a great thing for internet savvy shoppers, the products will never be as cheap as online only stores. With an internet only store, the website IS the only cost involved in running the shop. Meaning, they are able to offer the SAME, high quality shoes, much lower than most other online retailers.
